"If you are looking for China Northeastern (Dong-Bei)/Hunan food this restaurant could probably be the best choice around Butterworth area. If have been traveling to China frequently and I can say this restaurant serves authentic Dong-Bei style of Chinese cuisine. There is some change in the menu and the food quality for the past 1 year and the quality seems to dropped a little but overall it's still taste good. My recommendation is to try the fried cabbage and the crispy chicken bits. However the service is inconsistent and some of the waitress can be rude to customers. Price wise it's on the medium high for a Chinese restaurant. Overall: Food Quality - 4/5 Ambience & cleanliness - 4/5 Service - 3/5 Value - 3/5"

The egg fried rice (蛋炒饭) and cabbage (手撕包菜) were honestly just so-so. Just a heads-up that some dishes are quite salty, so it’s definitely better suited for those who prefer a heavy palate. Price-wise, it’s quite affordable, though the fish is a bit pricey. One thing to note: the service is a little slow, so you'll need some patience while waiting for your food. Overall, it was still a great experience with good food and friendly service!"

"Went for family dinner. We ordered a few dishes and the taste was quite good and flavourful. Luckily we came earlier as there was a company gathering that involved many tables. However, we over ordered as unsure of the portion size, and ended up dabao away. The price was fair for the portion served."

"If you love something spicy and hunan dish, this consider good hunan food in Butterworth. We order fish (水煮鱼), spicy chicken (辣子鸡), fried mushroom, fried cabbage, pork belly soup (猪肚汤), fried potato.. Love all the all the dish, comparable the Hunan restaurant I love in KL. Environment : 4 stars Food : 4.5 stars Value for money : 4 stars (A bit pricey) Worth to try : 4 stars"
